In 2007, some robbers overpowered Francois Lensley in his Midrand home and shot him. At around 21:00, the actor was lying on the sofa watching television when three armed men entered his house.
His dog attacked the first robber to enter the house, who tried to shoot but couldn’t. Suddenly, Lensley stood up, raising both hands in the air. Another guy pointed his gun to the actor’s face, and Lensley pushed him out of the way.
During the process, a bullet hit a tendon in his shoulder. The armed men robbed him and loaded everything in his car – red Gold. They tied him and drove out of his environment.
