1# University of Amsterdam Scholarships
You will need to demonstrate English competence if you are not a native English speaker. IELTS, on the other hand, is not required. The €29,000 scholarship is entirely supported by students from outside the European Union who have been accepted to Maastricht University to pursue a Master’s degree. The High Potential Scholarship (financed by the Maastricht University Scholarship Fund) and the Holland Scholarship (supported by the Dutch Ministry of Education) are both parts of the Scholarship program.

9# The Government Netherlands Scholarships
The Orange Knowledge Program award, also known as the Government Netherlands Scholarship or Holland Government Scholarship, is offered by the Dutch government. The IELTS exam is not required for the scholarship. You are advised to check the requirements for the respective institute that you apply to.

10# The University of Groningen Scholarships

12# The Erasmus University Scholarships
If you want a way around the IELTS exam, the Erasmus university offers a variety of alternatives. As an alternative, you can submit your TOEFL, CPE, CAE, or Duolingo scores. 13# The Hague University Scholarships
Students can apply for admission to the institution without having to take the IELTS exam. Instead, they may choose TOEFL, Cambridge English (FCE/CAE/CPE), or TOEIC scores for convenience. Many scholarships and awards are offered at the university. You can apply for student financing based on your financial needs as an international student in either a university or higher professional education in the Netherlands.
The Dutch Ministry of Education funds the Holland Scholarship. In their first year of studies, students get euro 5000 or 10,000. The Orange Tulip Scholarship (OTS) is a component of the Holland Scholarship, which is a full-tuition scholarship. You can also legally work part-time employment to support yourself for a maximum of 56 hours each week.
