The KykNet sports talk show Toks en Tjops returns for the 12th season with new presenters. The new season premiered on February 10, 2023, and it is promising.
There are several new additions to the show while excitement fills the air. With a fresh look, it gets ready for the Rugby World Cup.
The show has been on since 2011, and viewers sit behind the screen for rugby news weekly updates.
New presenters like Hamilton Wessels, Rika Nieuwoudt, and Radio Raps to Janina Oberholzer and Breyton Paulse join the show. So that everyone will have enough slot to get into the action, they will rotate every week.

Season 12 of the show premiers with a new set. Old rugby jerseys of Jean de Villiers and Breyton Paulse will hang on the walls. Robbie Wessels is the writer and performer of the new Toks en Tjops theme song.
The show introduces a new format which includes a panel of experts led by presenter Breyton Paulse. Other members are Jean de Villiers, Dr Jannie du Plessis, and Jonathan Mokuena.
Tommy Dickson will prepare the best local braai recipes. The presenters and panel will include the weekly audience in the studio to make it more interactive and engaging. More on the show will be the prediction of matches.
Toks en Tjops producer Liebie Opperman says the team on board will make sure viewers get entertained and informed. Watch Toks en Tjops on Fridays at 8pm on kykNET on DStv channel 144.
