If you are you non-EU citizen and interested in pursuing a Bachelor’s/master degree at Radboud University in 2024 then i am going to now guide you through its step by step application process, so let’s get started:
Step 1: Check Admission Requirements (BS degree Admissions, MS Degree Admissions)
Before diving into the application process, make sure you meet the admission requirements for the Bachelor’s/Master program you wish to apply for.
Step 2: Submit Your Admission Application in Studielink
First of all you need to create an Account on Studielink, which is the national online registration system for Dutch universities and then you’ll be asked to provide details about your previous education. And lastly you have to choose the Bachelor’s program you want to apply for from the list of available options.
Step 3: Upload Documents in OSIRIS Application
After you’ve successfully submitted your enrolment application in Studielink, you’ll receive an email with login details for OSIRIS Application submission instructions where you will be required to attach your documents as i explained below:
#0 Upload Required Documents: You have 56 days to upload your documents and complete your application. Therefore please make sure to complete this step within the given time frame to avoid automatic cancellation.
1# Identity card: Scanned copy of valid passport (personal details page only) or European ID card
#2 Diploma Certs: If you have already graduated and received your diploma, upload it (signed and stamped). If you haven’t graduated yet, indicate this in the application form and provide the full, official name of the diploma you’ll receive.
3# Radboud Statement of Education form: If you haven’t graduated yet, upload the completed Radboud Statement of Education form (known as hope certificate) for a comprehensive overview of your education.
#4 Transcript of Grades: Upload a signed and stamped transcript of grades for the past two years, including any post-secondary education transcripts and diplomas.
5# Sworn Translations: If your documents are not originally in Dutch, English, or German, provide legally sworn translations.
#6 Personal Statement: Explain why you’ve chosen the specific Bachelor’s program and how it aligns with your prior education.
7# Education/Experience Overview: Include a chronological list of your education, internships, training, and work experience (e.g., resume) records.
#8 Proof of English Proficiency: If required, submit proof of English language proficiency as specified in my article’s above sections.
