Biography
Siboniso Duma is a South African-born politician serving as a member of the KwaZulu-Natal Provincial Legislature. He is the newly elected Chairperson of the African National Congress in KwaZulu-Natal.
Ms Duma also served as the KwaZulu-Natal African National Congress Youth League leader. He defeated Sihle Zikalala to emerge as the new provincial Chairperson.

Early Life
Ms Siboniso Armstrong Duma was born in South Africa to average parents. He is originally from Mthwalume on the South Coast in KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa.
Career
Siboniso Duma has been on the political scene for a long time. He is a member of the Disciplinary Committee of the KwaZulu-Natal Provincial Legislature Committee.
On November 25, 2021, he joined Rules Committee KZN, Kwazulu-Natal-Provincial-Legislature-Committee. He has been a member of the Programme Committee, Kwazulu-Natal-Provincial-Legislature-Committee since November 2021.
Duma is also a member of the KwaZulu-Natal Standing Committee on Oversight, Provincial Legislature Standing Committee.
In November 2021, Siboniso joined the Ad Hoc Committee on Land Matters, Kwazulu-Natal-Provincial-Legislature-Committee. He is a member of the Transport Committee, Kwazulu-Natal-Provincial-Legislature-Committee.
On July 2, 2019, Ms Duma joined the Agriculture and Rural Development Committee, Kwazulu-Natal-Provincial-Legislature-Committee.
In July 2019, Duma became a member of the Public Works Committee, Kwazulu-Natal-Provincial-Legislature-Committee. He also joined the Conservation and Environment Committee, Kwazulu-Natal-Provincial-Legislature-Committee.
Duma became the Chair of Committees at KwaZulu-Natal Provincial Legislature, Provincial-Legislature in 2019. He is the current Chairperson of the African National Congress in KwaZulu-Natal.
Siboniso became a member of the KwaZulu-Natal Provincial Legislature, Provincial-Legislature, on May 22, 2019. He belongs to the ruling party African National Congress (ANC).
Ms Siboniso served as the Chairperson of the Transport Committee, Kwazulu-Natal-Provincial-Legislature-Committee from July 2019 to November 2021. He was the 16th Candidate on ANC Provincial KwaZulu-Natal Election List 2019.
Duma served at the KwaZulu-Natal Provincial Legislature, Provincial-Legislature, from May 2014 to May 2019. In 2014, he was the member-elect at KwaZulu-Natal Provincial Legislature.
From April 22, 2014, to May 7, 2014, Duma was the 30th Candidate on ANC Provincial KwaZulu-Natal Election List.
Personal Life
Siboniso Duma hails from Mthwalume on the South Coast in KZN, South Africa. He reportedly lives in KwaNyuswa outside Hillcrest, west of Durban.
