Biography
Arthur Zwane (born September 20, 1973) is a South African football coach and former player. He played for the Johannesburg-based Kaizer Chiefs Football Club and has returned as head coach.
The football coach has won many trophies in many football leagues and competitions. His last match as a football player was against Mpumalanga Black Aces in November 2009. He hung his boot as a football player in 2010.

Early Life
Arthur Zwane was born on September 20, 1973, in Meadowlands, Gauteng, South Africa. He has loved football since he can remember.
Career
Football Player
Zwane started playing football in 1993 and made his professional first appearance in BobSave Super Bowl quarter-final against Giyani Classic.
After relegation in 1993, he continued playing for Jomo Cosmos. In 1994, he won a South African association league, NSL Second Division.
Arthur played for the Johannesburg-based team, Orlando Pirates Football Club. After making twelve appearances, he went on a loan to Dynamos Football Club in the National First Division.
As a decorated player, he landed more deals and contracts from clubs. He joined Tembisa Classic in 1999, and his goals helped the team finish 9th place.
In 2000, he started to play for Kaizer Chiefs and played first for the team on July 22. They sealed a 1-0 victory over Wits University. Arthur bagged three trophies during Operation Vat Alles” in 2000/01.
Former player Arthur made 193 appearances and scored 46 goals for Kaizer Chiefs F.C.
On August 8, 2004, he scored his first goal for the club in a match against Manning Rangers, which ended in a 2-1 victory.
Coach
On May 27, 2021, Arthur returned to Kaizer Chiefs as an assistant manager for the 2020/2021 football season. On June 9, 2021, the management appointed him the caretaker manager.
On May 26, 2022, he entered a contract as the team’s manager. He is the current manager of Kaizer Chiefs.
Football Ban
Arthur Zwane received a 2-year ban after he tested positive for an anabolic steroid, Methyltestosterone, in 2004. Eventually, the ban got reduced to six months.
Personal Life
Arthur Zwane is married to the businesswoman Mpho Raven Dube. His wife owns a catering and transportation business.

Arthur Zwane is the highest-paid coach in the Premier Soccer League (PSL). According to The South African, he earns the sum of R800 000 per month.
