Maqondwana entered the radio industry as a presenter on Stellenbosch-based station MFM 92.6 while studying at the University.
In 2015, she joined Kfm 94.5 as an overnight presenter. Later, she presented late nights and then on the Sunday Weekend Breakfast show.
On her weekday midday show, she engages listeners on Feel Good with Andy Maqondwana. She engages weekend listeners on Reloaded with Andy from 15:00 to 18:00.
In January 2019, she joined 947 as a Radio Presenter. She left the job in March 2021. She was a Radio presenter for the media company Primedia Broadcasting from May 2016 to March 2021.
