Nanjing Municipal Government NMG Scholarships – Applications for the NMG fully-funded Scholarships 2024-2025 are now open for international students to apply for Bachelor, Master, and Doctoral degree subjects in Chinese Universities situated in Nanjing City. To apply for NMG Scholarship at those Nanjing-based Universities; IELTS is not required at all.
International students willing to complete their Bachelor’s, Master’s, and Doctoral studies from Nanjing University of Science & Technology under the NMG Joint Scholarships can apply for these sponsored programs with IELTS or TOEFL scores. NMG Scholarships, also known as Nanjing Municipal Government Scholarships, is the joint scheme of the Nanjing University of Science & Technology and the Nanjing Government to provide educational support to outstanding international students.

Interested students can apply for the NMG scholarships for Undergraduate, Master’s, and Ph.D. degrees in all disciplines for part-time and full-time studies. However, each year around 50 undergraduate scholarships and 30 Master’s & Doctoral scholarships are awarded to deserving candidates to make their dreams come true.

Eligibility Requirements for NMG Scholarships:

- Interested applicants from all nationalities are welcome to apply.
- Applicant must be physically & mentally fit.
- Applicant must abide by the age limit, i.e., 28 years for BS scholarships, 35 years for MS scholarships, & 40 years for Ph.D. Scholarships.
- The applicant must have shown good academic performance, with 75% results in all subjects.
- For Bachelor’s scholarships, the applicant must hold a high school certificate. In the same way, for MS scholarships, a BS degree is required, and for Ph.D. scholarships, a Master’s degree is mandatory.
- The applicant must meet the language proficiency requirements via IELTS/TOEFL scores, or have an English language proficiency certificate.
- Applicant must not be studying under any Chinese scholarship while applying for NMG scholarships.
