1# Scotland Saltire Scholarships:

These scholarships are fully-funded awards for students from China, Hong Kong, Pakistan, India, Japan, & the USA. Every year around 50 scholarships of up to £8000 is awarded to deserving candidates. However, it is an initiative by the Scottish government with Scotland universities and colleges. Meanwhile, winners will get the opportunity to become the ambassador of Scotland & Saltire Scholarships.

Eligible applicants can apply for the Saltire awards in Spring 2024. However, students pursuing MS degrees in Science, Technology, Medicine, & Health can only apply for this program without essential IELTS scores.

2# Scotland Pakistan Scholarships:

The noble Scotland Pakistan Scholarships are open for young Pakistani women and girls to promote higher education among them. Girls doing BS, MS, or Ph.D. degrees in food, education, & STEM fields can apply for this program and finance their education. On the other hand, these scholarships are the joint effort of the British Council and the Scotland Government. In the meantime, winners will receive fee waivers and other luxuries. Also, applicants are requested to satisfy the language requirements of their chosen university.

3# University of Edinburgh Scholarships:

Edinburgh University is the most reputable name in Scotland, offering various partially/fully-sponsored scholarships for UG & PG courses. National and International applicants are welcome and avail themselves of the opportunity to get their higher studies financed. Meanwhile, the acceptance rate of Edinburgh University is 46%, accepting IELTS, TOEFL Trinity ISE, PTE, C1, & C2 scores for scholarships.

Available scholarships include Merit-Based Scholarships, Robertsons International Scholarships, Global UG Mathematics Scholarships, etc. And winners will be entitled to get tuition fee reductions and monthly subsidies under these awards.

However, there are no application charges for Edinburgh University.

4# Glasgow University Scholarships:

International and local students are bound to pay £25 as application fees to become eligible for the University of Glasgow-funded scholarships. Meanwhile, the English language proficiency requirements ask for IELTS/ PTE/ CAE/ CPE scores. Students willing to opt for Bachelor’s, Master’s, and Doctoral studies from this institution can apply for the following scholarships; EU scholarships, Alumni Scholarships, Postgraduate Taught Scholarships, and much more. 5# University of West Scotland Scholarships:

6# University of Strathclyde Scholarships:

Strathclyde University is a renowned name in Scotland, with an acceptance rate of 42% and £22 application fees (one course) and £26.5 (more than one). On the other hand, it also grants bursaries and scholarships for financially challenged overseas students enrolled in postgrad or undergrad degrees. Interested candidates can apply for a wide range of programs and enjoy fee discounts, health facilities, accommodation, etc.

Notable scholarships offered by Strathclyde University are; STAR scholarships, Performance Sports Scholarship, Hardship Funds, Faculty of Science UG scholarships, and so on.

However, applicants can submit the following language scores to meet the requirements for Strathclyde Scholarships; IELTS, TOEFL iBT, & PTE.

7# University of St Andrews Scholarships:

Like the other universities in Scotland, St Andrews university has also stepped forward to financially aid international students in all possible ways. However, scholars will get high rewards with other essential funds to meet their basic expenses.

International students holding a BS degree with 2 years of work experience can apply for the Chevening scholarships. Meanwhile, graduate students enrolled in Religion, Politics, or Science and Technology are the ideal candidates for this fully-funded award.
