This Chevening is a scholarship provided by the British government. This is also a highly-valuable initiative that covers the full costs of the student’s stay in the country and university charges. These awards are specifically for students aiming to pursue a Masters’s degree.

  • Commonwealth UK Scholarship

Commonwealth scholarships are given out to students with a residence in a commonwealth country. They’re fully-funded scholarships and are awarded on the basis of academic performance, leadership skills, financial need, and creativity.

These scholarships are given out to students hailing from India, Africa, or Commonwealth countries. They cover 50%-100% tuition fees and know what’s the best part? The Nottingham Scholarship program does not require an IELTS test with alternative tests like TOEFL, Duolingo, etc. also being acceptable.

  • University of Sussex Scholarships

The University of Sussex offers scholarships for undergraduate, graduate, and postgraduate students. The values of these scholarships may vary according to different programs. The University of Sussex has an acceptance rate of 83% and does not require an IELTS test.

Students undertaking undergraduate, Master’s, or Ph.D. programs are eligible for this scheme. It is a fully-funded program, with additional living allowances and one return ticket to the UK once a year. This scholarship enables students to undertake studies at the University of Oxford.

Clarendon Scholarship is a fully-funded scheme with monthly living allowances also being given out to students. This is yet another program in collaboration with the University of Oxford. The University of Oxford charges an application fee of 75 pounds and has an acceptance rate of 17.5%.

GREAT Scholarships are given out to students wishing to pursue postgraduate or Masters’s degrees in the UK. They carry a minimum worth of 10,000 pounds per annum. IELTS score is an option but not a necessity as other alternative English test results can be submitted to be eligible for this scheme.

This is a women-centric scheme that enables women interested in STEM subjects to carry out graduate studies in the UK. The scheme includes coverages for health, tuition, travel, and visa costs. Women from South Asian, East Asian, or American backgrounds are eligible for the program.

The University of Birmingham offers a number of scholarships to its international students. These scholarships are for undergraduate, graduate, and postgraduate students. IELTS is not required for eligibility as other English proficiency tests can be accepted e.g Duolingo, and TOEFL.

  • President’s Ph.D. Scholarships

These scholarships are given out to students who wish to undertake Ph.D. studies at the Imperial College London. The benefits of the scholarship include full tuition fee coverage, a living allowance of 21,800 per year, and an additional fund of 2000 pounds per annum.

  • Islamic Development Bank- Imperial College Scholarships

This scholarship is awarded to students showcasing outstanding academic capabilities. This is specifically for postgraduate students at the Imperial College. The scholarship includes tuition fee coverage, monthly stipend, living allowance, health coverage, travel allowances, and other study expense coverages.

These scholarships are initiated to enable students from strong academic backgrounds to pursue a postgraduate program at Imperial College London. This is specifically for students of Chinese nationality.

  • Fulbright-Imperial College Scholarships

These Fulbright schemes are specifically for students from the USA. Students aiming to undertake a postgraduate course are provided full tuition fee coverage and 16,500 pounds as a maintenance allowance. Additional benefits of Fulbright include accommodation and travel coverage.

  • Simon and June Li Undergraduate Scholarships

This scholarship is initiated for international undergraduate students at the University of Oxford. The scheme covers the full tuition fee and provides students with a living allowance. To be eligible you must prove your English Language Proficiency through the submission of English tests.

  • Ahmet Ertegun Memorial Scholarships

The scheme is primarily for Turkish nationals who wish to pursue undergraduate studies at the University of Oxford. The benefits include full course fee coverage, living stipends, and one return airfare ticket every year.

  • International Sports Management Scholarships

Specifically initiated for students who aim to pursue postgraduate studies at the University of London to attain an International Sports Management Certificate. Students from anywhere in the world can apply and know what’s the best part. IELTS is not required for eligibility.

  • Hannah Arendt Scholarships

  • Cambridge Masters Studentships

This award is given out to students enrolled in the Masters’s program at the University of Cambridge. They carry a worth of 12,000 pounds with an additional maintenance allowance. The University of Cambridge has an acceptance rate of 21% and an application fee of 75 pounds.

The University of Manchester gives away undergraduate awards worth 5000 pounds to students located in South Asia. IELTS is not required to be eligible for the scholarship, with other tests also being accepted. The university has an acceptance rate of 70.4% and an application fee of 65 pounds.

  • University of Manchester Masters Awards

Students belonging to South Asia are considered for these awards which are valued at 6,000 pounds. They’re merit-based awards being decided on academic performance, leadership skills, and research potential for research programs.

  • University of Edinburgh Scholarships

The University of Edinburgh offers scholarships to international applicants enrolled in undergraduate, graduate, and postgraduate programs. The university has an acceptance rate of 10%, while it does not charge an application fee.

  • Sheffield Hallam University Scholarships

The University of Warwick has various scholarships for doctoral, Master and undergraduate courses. These scholarships cover all faculties. The University of Warwick has an acceptance rate of 10% and an application fee of 60 pounds for paper applications, and 35 pounds for standard applications, while there is no application charge for a Ph.D. program.
